Skin Problem
not really my problem but my teammates (he's not good at english so i decided to post it). So, when trying to save any skin into the /skins folder, they sort of disappear. So he cannot see them in-game or in Viewer. The problem isn't the type of the picture, they all are .jpg's. Game have been reinstalled many times but that didn't affect at all. So does anybody know a solution? (this prevents him to race in series.)

so do you want that skin or what??If I understood right, he wasn't going to use it, he just showed a skin which he had made for it 
maybe we should keep this simple so it wouldn't take as much time as vws modeling a whole new street car (rendering, handling etc.) takes far too much time! but maybe cars some of you have already requested, like RBR and LXR, and possibly such a cars like XF turbo (to challenge the XRT) and UFT to compete with XFG and XRG. wouldn't take as much time as completely new, real-life existing cars

I have exactly the same problem now, can run only for 1 or 2 minutes on empty server, 5 seconds when there's other racers. Have cheked the firewall and everything but there isn't any change
so any other solutions??EDIT: problem solved itself

one good advice is to change differentials. for a start you can use the viscous lsd (and the viscous torque around 11) thats how I started. Or you can try the locked diff. which in my case is a bit faster. Both reduced my sliding around the track
