Red Bull was using 45% beforehand, and the maximum is 50%? That harms only Lotus Renault itself, who were using 90% ot these cold blows. FIA failed... again. 
So, Renault and Mercedes are given an exception on banned diffusors?

Asked before in the previous threads, does the new patch has something to do with my wheel ******* around? Works perfect in Z28, but when I come to 0.6A* its acting in slow-mo.
Everything is totally the same as in old Z28 patch. Tried to recalibrate it Logitech Profiler, but it still acts weird.
Didn't solved the problem.
A question, why my wheel has late reaction in 0.6A2? This doesn't happen in Z28.
