You assisted in the drafting / causing the slipstream for #36. You deliberately put yourself infront of him and made sure you stayed near him by controlling your throttle and then spectating at the end of the straight so he had a clear run. He also made sure to stay behind you the whole straight. You were interfering and he made sure to let it work.
Drafting isn't allowed in pre-qualifying or qualifying, if both parties know what they were doing. In this case we are sure they did. I see your point about making a warning worth it and indeed it won't prevent anything in future if a warning is all that happens until a repeat...
As a result and revision of the incident with other Admins, we will give them both a 5-place grid drop in Round 2's Wednesday qualifying session.
Both drivers will be given a warning for this as on both occasions car 36 did set a faster lap time giving him 2 places in the qualifying. A repeat of this will result in an elevation of the penalty.

Changed the retirement restriction:
+ 14.d: Drivers who retired during the race are not eligible for points. To receive points they must complete at least 75% of the scheduled race distance and must cross the finishing line at the end of the race. Should either (or both) of these criteria not be fulfilled, the driver concerned will get no points.
* Corrected error on Confirmations deadline.
Okay, there has been a long hard revision of the rulebook and quite a few things have changed such as:
* General corrections and additions to rules (highlighted)
+ 2 grids for those who do not qualify in the top 32.
- Success ballast removed.
+ Points per place updated.
- Modified rule 1.c - During Round 1 drivers must use the air-intake restriction of XRG: 1% and XFG: 0%. From Round 2 onwards the XRG will use a 2% air-intake restriction and XFG will continue with no restriction. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from that race and on a second offence a driver will be disqualified from the series with any points scored to the Team Championship deducted.
After testing we feel that in Round 1 (BL1P), the XRG will use a 1% air restriction and from Round 2 onwards (AS22R) the XRG will use a 2% air-intake restriction. You can change your car at any time up until the start of Round 1 qualifying. The rulebook and success ballast will be updated shortly.
- Added rule 16.g - The use of Button clutch is strictly prohibited. All drivers must use Auto-Clutch at all times during all sessions. Failure to do so will result in penalties.
I made that change a while ago but forgot to announce it and also edited it slightly to include "all sessions".
- Reuploaded rulebook after a dropbox cleanup, thankfully had a backup!
