@lordi: you cant see the split times of the other racers so you have no point how fast you are in relation in qualy or hotlap mode per split

hi, i want to suggest relative split times for qualifying and for hotlap mode like in f1....

relative gaps in hotlap mode should be to the wr...

relative gaps in qualy mode should be to the current pole time...

it would be nice if it would be small under the split times in green for faster and in red for slower... i think there are much possibilities

Yeah, R10 = bad for sim racing, the drivers can't hear the engine over wind noise above 3rd gear (shift only based off of shift lights)... its far too quiet, esp in sims where noise is a part that adds to the realism.

yeah but its with all diesel prototypes.... i have heard that the new peugeot is less noisy than the r10....

diesel has much more torque on low revs = difficult to drive out of corners (and lower top speed)
ulead fuel cars has more torque on higher revs = easier to drive but much more fuel consumption (and higher top speed)

the diesel has the advantage that is has a better powerfactor.... but see what audi had to do before launch the R10... gearbox of R8 (tested... 100km and gearbox broken...)
tyres were too small and too weak so they had spinning wheels all the time... just made a low sense gaspedal and special tyres by michelin...

these were just a few piont for diesel and unleaded fuel cars comparisation ^^

mmmhhhh.... quiet good Taavi.... but where is my dunlop?

i agree in the third turn (the last chicane) its not good for formula card... gtrs are bad to drive there too....

but the first and the second are quiet quick in bf1.... its tight, yes but funny to drive....

change chicane on historic +1
change the turn before esses -1
change turn before chicane -1

i made the suggestion because in reversed all cars can easily flip (yes the formula cars too ).... the chance is really high...

i think my suggestion is not so much work then a new loop.... but a new loop would be very very nice.... but where?
a new loop like the mercedes arena on nürburgring would be cool with a hairpin like the dunlop hairpin...

i have a suggestion about a new blackwood config wich is better for formula cars i think...

the idea is to let the classic chicane out, but then there will be another chicane about 200m after the classic chicane

the kerbs should be really high i think on the chicane inside lane so that shortcutting will damage the suspension a lot...

i made two pics with my idea... please say what you are thinking about this

Would be nice, because most of the root server owners has Linux, because its not so hungry with rescources....
at this time, i am running a dedicated server with the wine emulator (i found a good guide somewhere).... but it eats too many rescources....

i think a modern f1 track like the today ones (bahrain, malaysia, hockenheimring) will be nice...... cause there is no really good track for the bf1 in lfs yet.....
