I had the same problem some years ago, compaq/hp provides the full set of drivers/apps to the audigy: ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp20501-21000/SP20920.exe
All you have to do is unpack and rename the CTOem.cfg in the Audio/setup folder to something else.
Then start setup from the above mentioned folder.
I copied Greboth's post content from down there to up here, it belongs here:

Bit late here but one of those unexpected family visits everyone hates lol.
Yes, Dynamic Racing has made it to its birthday, it seems to have gone by so quick but then times flies when your having fun. There have been some ups and downs as in any team but more ups than downs so that is good
DR has grown over the past year into a team I am proud to be in and be leader of, though it seems to run itself We have been racing and having fun in black and orange and will continue to do so
Making it to 1 year is a milestone in any team but I like to think we have achieved alot too, with drivers doing well in GFC, GTTC and entering into IGTC. Also we have managed to get 2 WR's, which is unbelievable really, those aliens are just weird and to find you have some racing you too
This is to 1 year of Black and Orange and to another year too come.
--snip--
...through the first year!
So celebrate with us the first anniversary of Dynamic Racing.
In the last nine months I been in DR, I have seen the team grow and mature, it has a bright future.
While I am at it, the fresh website is open to the public now, so come on over and leave some letters in the shoutbox!
I really do like loong races, for several reasons.
Reality shows that in public races that extend over more than 30 minutes only a fraction of the starter field finish.
So, it really depends.
Actually I am quite happy to see that actions are taken to keep a clean server where driving might be more fun.
As much as I believe in personal freedom and letting people just do what they do best, there was such a torrent of unrespectful drivers, that I went into banning mode on my servers myself now.
So I hope you do have success, and keep CD3 free for all, so it acts like a huge idi*t magnet and drains them from the rest;p
To add some on-topic stuff, about a year ago and some wine versions down I also had the problem that drivers couldn't connect with "Did not receive guest info".
Debian etch, Kernel 2.6.18-4-vserver-686
running inside a linux-vserver session,
wine-0.9.31
LFS 0.5W17
Works, as far as I know, the server is not that frequently used.
Well, actually, when you breathe, in your 'exhaust' gasses there is quite a bit of CO².
...but I would not call hired killers green activists, so breathe on!
Well then, let's hear it then.
<deutschisch>
Start->Programme->Zubehör->Unterhaltungmedien->Audiorekorder
There, you have to choose the correct source:
Menu "Audioeigenschaften" -> "Soundaufnahme" -> "Lautstärke"
-> choose "Was Sie hören".

Start recording, start driving your favourite dingdingdings producing car, exit LFS, stop recording, save the wav file and post it here.
Get your flameproof suit for posting a largish wav file instead of a mp3 1/10th the size.
Must have been around newyear 2003. Beforehand I played NFS Porsche for a long time. With a friend. On one computer.Best of 21 mostly. We would drive a course alternating, best time got a point Then I somehow discovered LFS, so we played that. On one computer. Alternating. Mostly drunk and stoned. So my first memories of LFS are somewhat blurred but beautiful
First time online was about half a year later (!). I joined a server and did not have a clue when or how a race would be started. Some cars were running around the track, but I was able to join.. Was a new concept for me at that time. I got used to it and had a lot of fun online,Emilio, teddy, you still there?
Could you elaborate a bit on what code you found? For about two years now LFS is the only reason for keeping windows. Working Force Feedback under windows to be exact. So please don't be lazy
