Have you tried checking that you might have a virus scanner running during your Drag races. Is there anything running in the background that might slow your PC down?.
Try running in safe mode? It might help the Jumpyness

Well I can find pictures, But hes mainly driving his R34 Skyline, So your best bet might be grab Kazu's R34 Skyline and get that converted to an XRT skin? :S
