I really don't understand what the fuss over pricing is about, Scawen and the team are providing even a Demo for Demo users (such as myself, but not for much longer ) which includes 3 cars and 3 layouts for free! £24 for a full game with brilliant online support, good graphics and many many downloadable contents and support is an excellant deal. £24 (I believe) for an upgrade onto that masterpeice is a bargain.

Sorry but whenever I think of truck games I think of this.

Loved the result, would've been even better if Hamilton had come second, but Vettel is my fav driver so woot.

Considering how this thread is now totally useless how does one configure his browser to open the lfs:// protocol, saw a link to a server in some guys profile with it on.

When I view the server list will it give me just S1 compatible servers or also S2 compatible?

Yeah I'd rather have a wheel too but I clearly can't afford one therefore I can't, I still need to purchase LFS, which I still plan on .

Wouldn't it be cool for the developers of LFS to make a similar game to LFS (using the LFS code) with the same road cars but the settings are motorways and the rules are those what apply for driving on the road than driving on a track. The setups on the cars are therefore suited for road driving than track driving.

I would pay for that anyday, just gotta save money for LFS first :P

When I get LFS S2 it says you get 2 spare unlocks per week, do these unlocks expire at the end of the week so the most you can have is 2 unlocks? Also if I reinstall my OS and there are no unlocks available (for whatever reason) will 2 unlocks be available on the Friday morning as it says on the purchase page?

Will do, but as it costs the remainder of the amount S1 costs to purchase S2 there's no problem with saving up for S1 first. The business tactics are very nice.

Random planes and helicopters what appear in the sky on LFS would be nice and realistic. Also birds.

There should be an option on LFS when defining controls to have the Mouse Y axis for Acceleration and Braking, for instance when the mouse is moved further to the top in the top half of the screen, the car will accelerate forwards, in the bottom half if the mouse is moved towards the bottom the car will brake.

This allows a smoother acceleration for people (like me) who can't afford a wheel and pedals for their computer and have to use the mouse. I would also like to travel at a limited speed on some cruise servers such as a steady 70mph.

It's a good idea, please discuss.

How do you get a screenshot of up there like that anyway? I can only get to a height of 2.8 meters using Shift+U and that screenshot looks way higher.
