why goto all that trouble just to race a car with the same spec.... what about everyone just race the same car illepall

that way everyone one does have the same spec and if you want a faster car ... pick another

and besides, this isnt really the forum for this... and idea like this would be more likely to be insim mod, (basicly LFSTweak but with fixed values)

-------

If you want to add body kits, neons and crap like that... go get need for speed, this is a racing sim but if you really want a XRT or GTi with a bodykit just drive a GTR

Quote from Soundcrash :Maybe a good improvement for the demo would be to allow S2 Licensed racers to connect to demo servers with the car of their choice.
That way the demo racers could get an idea of the diferent behaviour of diferents cars by WATCHING all the Formula XR, FZ50 GTR or BMW Sauber F1 passing by at high speed, with their powerful engines and beautiful skins.
I guess it would be more incentive to buying S2.

Well I played the demo for about a year (I think) and the main reason I upgraded was that I wanted more .... but others I know and was racing with were happy with sticking to the demo because it had enough for them

If you were able to have s2 users connect to demo servers (or other way) it would influence them more, no demo racer would be able to "settle" with saying "it has enough for me" when they see the Formula XR/V8 or the BMW Sauber passing them like they are standing still while having a MRT5 buzzing around in there rear view

I think the demo has the right amount of content ....

but what about having one of the cars in the demo (eg. XRG) change and instead unlock the RB4 on the next release then on the following release change the RB4 for the UF1 then the LX4 and FXO, I don't mean to say to add more content ... I mean always to have the 3 cars but have one car shot that cycles through a select few (3-5) cars

Quote from evan55 :I went on XE.com to see how much Canadian an S2 license was and it was almost $60, is this right?...thats a lot of money..

and also you will never "lose" this no mater what, ... it's not a cd that can get scratched or the cd key isnt printed on a manual that you can misplace and never find and it doesnt take forever to install

all you need to do is download it , unzip and unlock
Digtial Axis/ POV as steering..

I'm sure I'm not alone in my opinion but maybe I am, not matter :P

I would like to see the ablity to bind the POV as the steering contorls and therefor should act like the keyboard steering input does ... also the abilty to tell the game that the selected axis is digtal and therefor should act like the keyboard steering input does aswell..

The reason I am posting this is that some people would rather use the d-pad on their controler rather then the analog sticks (if even on their control) and well sometimes the d-pad on a control is either detected as a digtal axis or as a POV Hat

I'm sorry if my explanation may not make sence but I'm half way through my carton of woodstock

Car resetting fixxed
Xalies
S3 licensed
I hate it when ya cash and need to reset(I'm sure others do to), you do it but the car resets and is stuck in the kitty littler or on a ripple strip and can't move ... so you end up needing to return to pits just so you can go again

How about making it so it resets you on the track in a safe place and off the racing line
