That an illigal hack or mod?

Hello,
I searched(most likely not hard enough),but i never found anything.
So, when I get a flat tire ,and turn left or right the tire moves off the rim,but then the rim becomes invisible(when driving in chase cam,not when looking at the car from the side),and all i can see then is the tire then a big empty gap,then the outline of the rim(remember when looking at the car from chase view.
HOW TO RECREATE
do a burnout or donuts until ur rears go flat,then turn your car and you will see the tire,then a gap that allowes you to see through where the rim is supposed to be,then a thin outline of the edge of the rim.(remember to stay in chase cam.)
Its not very annoying, just wanted to point it out though.
