There's 3, Bus Selecta, Porsche Selecta and Bug Selecta all made by the same man, and all about 5+ years old.

Nah this one wasn't in cartoon 2d, this had 3d images, something along the lines of Vdub Modder or something, it was good until they started asking money to mod the cars :/

There was one on AwesomeGTI website I think, where you modded a golf through pictures alone, basically, just swapping cut outs around. Dress-up for cars.
