I don't know if that is a bug, it's in the game since i play it. That is what happens if you stand in someone else his garagebox and they enter the track (not only with AI).

What did you expect that would happen?

There should be car detector, if someone is in AI's garage box, AI must choose next free box.

Don't see how that's a bug, you've been able to spawn/be spawned on by other cars for ages, when you go flying it's often very funny, so why fix it?

And regardless of whether it's a simulation, it's a game and has it's limitations.
