I'm afraid I don't really get what you mean. Do you want to lock car setup to force everyone to use the same car settings? Maybe you should try to explain again what exactly you want to do...

i edit memory with program, and we want fun only in private multiplayer with my friends but if we edit setups or anything we got joos- eng.... errors, and got kick!
