As the title sais, i'm thinking of buying it and wondering if anyone plays/played it and can offer me advice on to buy or not.

I've played the demo, and well if you want good physics, prepare to be dissapointed, also some of the tracks seem to have their elevation changes done in reverse!

But if you want eye candy and the Nurburgring, I suggest you buy it.

I enjoy it. I think Race07/GTR Evo/STCC drives much better than GT Legends, plus you get loads of real content. I must admit that I spend more time in GTR E last year than in LfS, but that is due to me having almost no time to race anymore, so 2-3 laps soloing on the Nürbi is about as good as it gets for me.

I'm not a fan to be honest. LFS is way better although I tink LFS is the best driving game/sim still overall!

It's great though to take out the R8 on the Nurburgring for a few laps once in a while.

I just find the feel rather poor compared to say NKP!

Agreed but i say its buy its realy enjoyable to have some blasts in at the weekedns .
The physics are weird isch but nice in some way

I like it and am using it right now as I cannot race online.

It's worth it just to be able to get all the cars that come with the power and glory mod.

Racing around Knokhill for me is enough to make the purchase worthwhile.

Try nogrip website for extra tracks and mods and users forum.

The physics are not that bad at all IMO.

You'll need a good PC to run it at full graphics though.

I heard Race 07 was on sale for £4.99 now that is not bad.

Is there a demo you can try AMB?

i have it and its fun to just have a blast round nurberg and the top gear test track every once in a while

Yeah.. it's fun to play when you're bored and there's nothing else to do.

it also has rain which if fun when youre in a btcc seat len with slicks

Just like the rest of simbins games I don't really like them, play them for a bit then never really go back

The cars look good but I think the tracks don't look that nice and the physics feel strange, like the car is rotating from the middle at times. No real long play for me, end up not playing them after a few weeks...days.

I remember somebody from LFS community recommending me GTR Evo over rFactor

I like it

the caterham and Nurburgring feels great. I also enjoy the old wtcc cars

I need a new PC tbh, 30 fps in LFS is not good, and I doubt i'd be able to play rtractor with this PC, I can hardly play GTR in low spec mode or whatever
