The tyre texture does seem noisy though.

It is supposed to be noisy, and yeah made the skin in about 30min or so lol. Just made it after a gokart, it wasnt actually ment to be a skin, just a test or something, just wanted the render hehe,

Can u make the car flash the lights in the render, So like when i start computer and load desktop the car will be there with lights on. Or is this not possible as i thought i saw it before

Your asking for a gif file instead pf an image. Yes its possible but it would be alot easier if you could do it in AE or PhotoShop.
