You should practice making dirt. And dirt creating brushes.

A good tip is to overdo the initial dirt adding to the extreme and then use a dirty/gritty brush to erase the excessive dirt.

Ectype kit is gay, what can i say. Keep up !

You can create them yourself. Using the brush tools settings. The brushes bundles with Photoshop is sufficient to create good brushes, it's just learning the tricks of the trade.
