if you're referring to the missing textures in the stands, well, it's not like you're going to see them when you're driving past the stands, why render things that you'll probably never see?

How do you get a screenshot of up there like that anyway? I can only get to a height of 2.8 meters using Shift+U and that screenshot looks way higher.

if you are on about the crowd being 2d then if you look at the dd files (i think) it says 'test' meaning that it is only a test or temparary to see what loooks good and what does not.
