I wanna take a replay run of mine off of LFS. its saved and all that but how do i take it off to post on youtube or something?

Do you want to know where it is saved or what?

If yes, it's in your LFS folder->data and either spr or mpr.

A Live for Speed replay is just raw telemetry data, not a video file. You have to screencap it using tools such as fraps, gamecam or vh screencap.
