I can help with this table: http://www.pca.org/panorama/ar ... s/suspension/Table4sm.jpg

You can convert lb/in to kN/m just by dividing the figures by 5.71, e.g. 571 lb/in springs are 100kN/m

To even save you that hassle:
260lb/in becomes 45.6kN/m
203lb/in becomes 35.6kN/m
170lb/in becomes 29.8kN/m
146lb/in becomes 25.6kN/m

As you can see, road car suspension is very soft compared to the setups you'll see in LFS.

How about the ride height?

If I want to make USA std suspension is the ride height:

Front:
207mm-18mm=189mm?

Rear:
280mm-25mm=255mm?

Anyone?
why convert to USA since most of the data in LFS is metric. So then your spring rate is equal to the mass*accel of gravity (kg*m/s^2) which gives Newtons, or killo-Newtons(N/1000). once you have that divide the answer by the travel on the suspension that you desire to get the spring constant required to carry the load over the travel of the suspension.

if this is any help.
