Hi, I assume you want to race, so definitely you will need a wheel to do it.
Besides of the wheel you think to buy, I suggest you to search on Ebay or similar sites, you will see too many wheels better than Genius wheel.
I think Genius has 180 degree turn, at least you can buy Momo or better, Driving Force Pro if you can afford.

if u got about $150 spare get a driving force GT same FF as g25 900' rotation very comfotable best wheel for the price....hasnt done me wrong yet.

if looking for a cheapo wheel i prefer FFEX. but if u have just a little more money u can also get MOMO
