I have added the banner, but I cannot create a section for you. Forum sections are only for leagues who have proven to work. So starting leagues normally do not get a forum section.

If you want those two threads you linked to merged, let me know.

a note to say that I've removed banners that had invalid urls and I've moved clearly inactive league sections to the 'inactive leagues' section. So if you can't find yours, have a look in that inactive leagues section as well.

I thought that was WAY above what was allowed? I was told to resize to 500x100??

(shh, I resized it and resaved, coz the original also was 100kb, which is slightly large for a banner)
