What im suppose to do when i open my lfs dedi n open regular lfs n i try my sever n it says ClientConnect: connected failed

To start off, you could start writing proper English, it's sorta inconvenient to read.
Are you trying to run the dedi server and the game on a same machine? If so, you might try using 127.0.0.1 as IP and connect to your server is if it was a LAN server. (Select LOCAL in the "Join specific server" screen)
