I open this thread becouse i cant found lfs symbians60v5 outgauge software.
(i have 5800)

There isn't one because no one has made one
S60v5 is still relatively new so not a lot of apps for it yet. I don't know if there was/is a app for S60v3 either.

BTW I've been searching on youtube for apps before I found that thread

I might get a N5800 in the close future. If I do, I will look into it. I've done some reading about python in S60 - networking, graphics and so on. It's possible (thru WiFi or BT). If anyone wants to make this app at his own, look here

Yep, it would be awesome to have outgauge data on my Satio which is also s60v5

I wish I still had my nokia and I would make one

However I am working on a Windows Mobile Outgauge, just incase any of you guys have a PDA
Once im done I'll look into an emulator to see if it works..

Buu, we want the Symbian version

I dont have a symbian mobile anymore
However if theres an emulator around I should be able to make one, sometime

I looked yesterday a bit for an emulator, and came across with another option.

Would be possible to do something using Java an wifi?

I havent looked for an emulator yet, and I dont think i'd use java because I dont know it..

I know your not asking but I would if I could I enjoy programming and gives practice and something to do when im getting bored on the xbox or LFS (:P)

The sdk for symbian s60v5 on nokias website has an emulator in it as far as i know so get crackin! Nah jk but seriously, it would be much appreciated if you could take a gander at that when you have the time all i want is gear indicator and shift light, everything else takes up too much room on the small display on our phones

Hey, I started developing an application for S60V5. Only working on a "proof of concept" right now... If the V5 succeeds, I will more than likely release a V3!
