The title probably doesn't portray the suggestion exactly as I wish, but it would be cool to be able to type in the value that you want.

At the moment, a value changes when the slider is moved. My suggestion is that by clicking the value, a 'typing' cursor appears to allow you to type in the desired value.

I think that this would help me, and probably a few of the others who like to build setups, because I sometimes find it hard to get the exact value I am looking for, particularly when using my laptop mouse pad.

Cheers

Mark
Right click on a slider.

You can also use Ctrl+right click to copy the value of a slider and Shift+right click to paste that value into another slider - source.
i was thinking it would be more of a add a comments section as a tab, incase the name doesnt quite tell the whole story

that doesn't work for every slider though. there are still a few that won't let you do it, like the power/coast split settings for differentials.

That's what I thought when I saw the title, I know we always end up adding notes to our setup sheets.

Yeah, sadly it doesn't work where there's 2 "settings" one one line, like asymmetrical cambers/pressures
Meh the ranges in those are usually so small you can right click on the arrow and jump by 10 or 1 for the cambers.
that is really a good idea if you put a column for notes on the setup......sometimes my names dont quite sum it up

for the rb4 it gets as specific as 'high jumping damage resistance on/off road'

Oh! SO HELPFUL! I have been transferring gearing to different setups the hard way for a long time.

I think the title is a better suggestion than the suggestion. I would like to have notes for my setups
