I keep getting kicked out of servers becuase of laggin, bad connection. I don't understand why as my internet con is perfect.... I play other racing games online no worries. Please help! Thanks.

In the server list under "Ping".

if ur using wireless u will lagg more than wired even if u got an excellent connection. mines always very good but apparently i lagg like shit. if you are on wireless i can only suggest trying to move your pc closer to your router or vice versa.
my ping is 515 ms??? i have wired connection, it's quite fast internet. Now whenever i try and enter ironhorse server it says " host refused connection " wtf is going on!!!!

That means that you are banned.
The problem is you live in Australia. The distance from Melbourne to London is approximately 10,500 miles. Even with an ideal connection (i.e. unlimited download/upload bandwidth and no translation delay on either end of the connection) your ping would be worse than a normal connection over a couple of hundred miles distance. Try racing on servers closer to home (there should be a few in Australia/NZ/Japan) rather than ones located in Europe.
As zeugnimod says this error message means you have been banned. This was probably for excessive lag, especially if you ignored warnings or your lag caused accidents. The problem with lag is that when your car lags it can disappear from view for the other players then reappear out of nowhere. If it does that near another car it can cause a collision.
