Sorry for my english, im not very good.

Y try to buy last night a voucher s2 to my friend (beacuse he doesn´t have a credit card) but it war declined... i try to second chance and the same problem.

Today, the bank (citi) is called to me, saying the payment of this it was accepted... 2 times.

So i have to pay 2 vouchers but i have no license ni game =/.

How could fix this problem?

Citi has informed with the payment is correct and is factured.

Anybody know something about this?

You should contact the devs directly here and explain your problem to them as we can't really help you with that.

RIght now i send the message to the devs

To information : Usually when you pay a bill / something to a other company, it can take 1-3 days before the company actually gets the money and registrer it.
If it's credit card payment it usually goes instant, but if it's money transfer it will take some time.
But since you contacted the devs I am sure it will sort out, just send them the confirmation from the bank and it will be fixed on no time

I remember that someone bought me the S2 and it took only 30 minutes, till he got me the voucher.
