Hi there heard some of you are good air conditioning mechanics and was wondering if you could help me
we got 7 bedrooms, and two outdoor big units. In each of the bedroom there is a Daikin inverter unit, however they don't warm the room up, they only cool is down. Is it possible that these models around the house are only air conditioner coolers and not the heaters?

if you're running HVAC, it might be possible that you have some ducts closed off. when i lived in a house, in the summer time we'd close off the ducts from the furnace and leave the cold air returns open. i hear if you have central air, you're supposed to close off the cold air returns so the cold air from the AC stays in the room where it's supposed to, but i've only seen that done in practice maybe twice.
