More when half servers no replay before z25 it was perfect no no reply server

Yes it is.

Either a firewall is blocking the UDP connections or somehow your connection (ISP) refuses them, or prevents your packets from being sent to the servers in the first place.

How to fix it?

First put LFS on exceptions list. Then go to some speed testing site, and test your connection speed. See if you get a message from Firewall that he is blocking something, or something similiar.

I have greater download speed, but lower upload speed, and I usually don't get lags...
What is your download limit for router? Is it 512kb/s or lower/higher? What is upload limit?
Maybe you have speed limit low so the servers woun't load. Have you recently changed your internet company (provider)?
