Having gotten into endurance racing lateley, I'm inspired to resurrect and old topic. Taboo, I know, but I think this is one of the better suggestions for LFS and the last time it came up (about a year ago), the thread died without much fanfare.
The GTRs are dog slow compared to the real thing... at best, they would barely keep up with a real GT2-spec car. I'd like to see the GTRs get either:
This all occurred to me after hearing the latest rumors about new cars coming to S3 (if you're not aware, please find out somewhere else and leave speculation out of this discussion). If the rumors turned out to be true, multi-class endurance racing would be in for a serious shake-up with a class of supremely quick cars lapping dangerously quicker than the current GTR class. For the reasons above (i.e., S2 GTRs aren't really GTRs) and this, I think this improvement is necessary.

- A significant power improvement to emulate real GT1 cars; or
- A small power improvement to emulate real GT2 cars and introduce a couple new GT1-spec cars
