If he doesnt talk over it people are able to rip the songs from it, thus getting the songs for free , Ive looked at other music Podcasts but none are as fun to listen to than his

I understand that the Joystiq ones are quite good and they do balanced content across all formats. I've got the latest one queued up but it won't let me download it via 3G

I am completely agree with you on both the facts. yes it is nothing less than fun to listen to his on Podcasts.
