Best F1 Style Racing Wheel?
I only ever seem to drive the BF1 and would like to buy an Formula 1 style pc steering wheel. Anybody know of any out there? I checked logitech but they didn't seem to have any.

Joytech make this one for the PS2.

Not sure it would be compatible with PC ?, if this the type of thing you were after, i would send them an email first to make sure you can use it on a puter

Maybe you could get a DFP, and use a "Frex" adapter kit to fit a more suitable wheel.

That wheel from Joytech looks rubbish. I mean sure it resembles an F1 wheel, but it'd be horrible to drive. Look at the travel on the pedals and the cheap materials used.

That's not compatible for the PC I'm afraid, I used to have that wheel, but the wheel they made before that does work on the PC, same williams wheel, different colour, NO Force Feedback though. But still works.

There is a Thrustmaster F1 Wheel, but I was quickly put off it and bought a DFP instead.
Any PS2 wheel should work on a PC, with a £5 adapter? Except for the rumble affects. Espically cheaper-designed wheels like that where the pedals/steering are just mapped to the analog axis's.
you could get a dfp and frex adapter kit and if you have the money and time you might be able to fit something like this

Thanks for all of the input. I think I'm going to go with the DFP + frex apapter.
