Hello, welcome to the forums. It seems, that you used a skin maps with the LFS Viewer map_info folder. But these are not templates for making car skins. Instead, you should use the original LFS default templates - they are in the skins folder in DDS, so here you can download them in JPG. Or you can use the Master Skinners kits from here.
