My outgauge settings keep resetting back to 0 everytime I start LFS.

I got it working yesterday, just forget what I did to fix it.
Interesting source. From a fellow programmer, would be a lot neater if you could reduce all that code redundancy.
I would have eventually re-wrote most of it because I can see the way that I have written it is more sloppy than usual
And most likely why there is so much stalling problems
But I released the code because I don't really have time to make it any better, stop the stalling etc...
reducing/removing the redundant code is a pretty simple process but I don't have the time nor patience just now to do it

hey guys
just formatted my pc and downloaded a fresh version on LFS and imported all my skins, setups etc.
ive downloaded the "RevLimV3", put the "RevLimiter.exe" and "settings.ini" files in the LFS directory, so its side by side with "LFS.exe".
I run LFS then the limiter.exe and it doesnt seem to be working. I enabled the program by pushing "Home" and still nothing.
any help please?

the app still works but i cant find a good "bounce limiter" speed as to which allows the engine to keep running when you let off the accelerator peddle. does anyone know the best one?

The only way, as I think, is to compile the program on your hardware. The only thing you need is: Visual Basic Express (downloadable at microsoft homepage for free), to load the project into VSexpress and built it.(something like that "F:\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects") You will find the new revlimiter.exe at a place like this "F:\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\Neuer Ordner\RevLimiter\bin\Release"

The simplest way is to use the non-OG version, I guess?

but, if it's not too hard to you, and if you are still thinking in release new versions, in the next version you think that could be possible to make a "bouce limiter milliseconds" ajustable for each car?
because I think it's better for example 120 milliseconds in XRR, but in the UF1 I prefer 250 milliseconds

Sorry for double posting, but it would be awesome if in a new version, you put something like a "start control"
like, you keep one button pressed, and it 'revs' at 4000rpm (or a rpm of your choise), but when you release it, it turns back to rev in 7000+ rpm

no matter what i cant get no rev limiter to work? should i be changing the values that are in the boxes? ive played with the slider "lots" ive tried both versions, change cfg file when needed, my ignition key is set to "I" im using z28 and still no joy????

the slider is on 132 (was on single player too and its perfect value) and it gets to bounce a few times and then it stalls.. and now i try it on single player again and it keeps stalling whats wrong? i really like this mod and i'd like it to work nicely
