Right, New machine arrived however as we have now found the cause of the issues with the webserver i have decided to send the new machine off to the alternate network (co-lo with racksrv) and am setting that up as an extra game server machine.

The issue with the webserver is the motherboard and that will be getting replaced between 00:01 BST and 03:00 BST on 1st June (so overnight tonight) Expect the webserver to be down for between 30 - 45 minutes whilst the motherboard is replaced.

Ok found it (sub-User).

The server is on the control panel. But it looks like the permission to access it via your sub-user account has been removed. The server owner will need to edit the subuser account to allow you access if indeed they want to give you access.
