How do you know he is going 200mph? You can get photo like that in much much lower speeds.

I used only radial blur, so I'm not sure what are you talking about.

e2mustang - In that turn you start braking only a bit before where the curb starts even if you are going full speed. Haven't you ever raced there?
And the car is going ~ 50km/h. And first he should avoid the grass, and then think about the 90 degrees turn.

This is the place u usually start braking kindly and still make the turn. (at least I do)
