oh, and theres a big difference between realistic handling (Every game should have) and a simulation....

It's no fun if you can't corner properly, I know how a sports bike should be able to turn round corners, and haven't seen a game get close yet

true, and your not gonna cause you cant simulate something that you need your whole body to manuvour, with a controler. there is weight shifting, looking hwere you wanna go, and most importantly, opposite steering(cant think of the proper term lol) so i dought that we will ever get a game that behaves and steers like real life. its alot easier to do in a car.

Just FYI, it is possible to ride a motorcycle and sit perfectly still on the seat, moving with the bike and not leaning off the bike into corners, but merely leaning with it. This is how most cruiser riders ride. Leaning into a corner makes the center of mass closer to the ground which means more grip. The act of getting the bike leaned over and then back up again is performed entirely with the handlebars and is called countersteering.

Body positioning does help, especially at high speed, but it's not entirely necessary.

But those answers about the riding season just says it. I'd really would like a bike, but try to drive in december around here. It would be sitting in garage about ½ of the year. I better move to somewhere more warm
