During Administrative Cleanup, the following incident was found and is being penalized:

Race Lap 167, Entering Turn 3:
Car 42 turns hard right into Car 23, spinning both, and causing the race to end under safety car.

Action deemed to be deliberate wreck , Driver Car 42 Excluded from Round 11, and given a 3 month suspended exclusion from all NDR events. Driver placed on a 3-month probationary period effective from 11-Sep-2010. Any actions of intentional wrecking or major incidents caused by this driver during the probationary period will result in the ban being enacted.

This ban is only a suspended one as the driver has had an otherwise exemplary record in recent events.
