See the previous 2 posts - if you haven't received a reply then you should resend the application correctly

I dont think its ignored, its only at the bottom of your post.
Although you used big letters it might be more obvious if you put at the top.

I missed that line aswell and no I dont wear glasses.

From my own experience, the bigger it is, the more chances you have to miss it.
