During races on the first lap i am getting a belt and i come off the track, could any one please tell me how to ban?

Press 'n' twice to bring up a name list with action options and press Ban on the player who you want to ban. That'll initiate a _vote_ which may or may not succeed. Also, some servers do not allow banning by voting, in which case you can't do much about it.

I could borrow this thread to ask what are admin commands for time penalties and drive-through etc.?

/p_dt lfsusername - Drive Through
/p_sg lfsusername - Stop & Go
/spectate lfsusername - removes them from the track (black flag)
There may be others but those are the three I use when needed.

there's also:

/p_30 Mauni - 30 sec time penalty (or 45)

if I remember correct.. be careful with those, I don't know if you can take 'em back (at least I couldn't when I was fooling around with those.. sorry guys)
