Unfortunately the reason for performing a fresh install of the TS3 was due to a problem with permissions, which affected both users and channel settings, I can if required re-install the old version and export channels, But this is not a priority and i cannot say when i would get the chance to do this fully.

Forgot to allow guest server query to do anything. Have enabled some listing permissions now, Try that.
