Chrome rimz

They might even be standard, I'm not sure, but I reaaaallly hate them.
What a nice car the Alfa Gt1300

Gona add to my list of "Must" drive
Quote from ATHome :Why do you want an conversion when the Suzuki Swift was available as a cabriolet from Suzuki itself?

the cabriolet was never available with the GTi engine, thats what he did. He needed like 8 tries to get TÜV certification, after handing in like 40 pages of expert's reports from different sources.
He says this is mostly because VW is very dominant in this area (Emden-Aurich), and that he would have needed only one try to get his certification if the swapped engine was a VR6
talkin bout cool cars these are todays pics. 430 scuderia is my fav.

Ah, I thought you were talking about the Cabrio itself

Someone from my town got his rally car (an Opel Manta with 240hp) through the TÜV. Don't even know what a pain that must have been

I thought that too but I could of sworn he said MK2, probably my bad since all I really wanted was a shot of it, couldn't care how many different cars it was made up of!!
Few days ago i was driving and it was raining, and suddenly a car came screaming past, it was a C63 AMG. Omg he had to stop for a red light and when he drove off while barely touching the throttle he had wheel spin haha! The sound is just..... :lovies3d:

Btw seen it many times in the last couple days though.
German plated Mk2 Golf GTI. Full rollcage, looked properly sorted, sat on coilovers with properly set up camber. Sounded evil as well, like it had cam work and a massive turbo.
Yikes sorry about the size uploaded straight from the iphone lol

Not sure if this counts as it was in the showroom

I managed to get the key to start it and rev the engine a bit, sounded so nice

a little out of my price range as it cost more than my house

RESIZE ZE PICTURES PLEASE!

Ahh how on earth did you get the key for it? I went into an Audi dealer, the V10 R8 was locked, asked if they could open it and said "they don't let children in!!!!" PAH.
Speaking of Audi R8s, I saw a black one (V8 <3) in the carpark. Took a picture on my iphone but I haven't got it on the pc yet. I also saw a V10 on the motorway but heck, blue doesn't look good on R8s

My sister works for them and I do all the electrical maintenance at the local dealership so they are used to me walking around the "not open to the public" bits

LOL the Mercedes people are more relaxed when it comes to letting my kids play in the cars

This is with the engine running too! hehe

Mind you I did stress to them (the kids) that I didn't have 180K in my back pocket to pay for the car if they so much as scratched it lol

Aw bless Mercedes. And they look so happy

Perhaps they do it as subliminal marketing, when the kids are all grown up and have £180k burning a hole in their handbag they will remember the warm childhood sensation of a muscular black mancar and will make Mercedes rich again.
Ferrari 308 in the middle of town.
I went to a classic car show and parts market yesterday, and came back not only with a sunburn but a lot of pics from historic and rather unusual cars. Here are some of them.

Well without the right tools, you can't unlock the nut, which in terms means that you can't steal the rims with simple tools
Got undertaken by an Audi R8 on the way back from Blackpool yesterday, was in the middle lane going past trucks, van going about 2mph more than me trying to overtake, just after I got past the trucks the R8 shot under me and past. I was just about to pull in too, the thought crossed my mind to just do it, but i'm a nice guy sometimes.
