when i start opening the game appears some phrases such as :-
can't open: seatbelt
can't open : tyre and other phrases in other cars

sounds like your dds folder has some missing files, download a fresh version of lfs from www.lfs.net, install it to another directory and copy the new .dds folder into your existing copy of lfs.

or just use the new install but remember to back up your sets, skins, replays etc
