Anyone suggest some decent GTR2 mods?

Been playing around a little tonight. Loving the cars, they're just a pain in the ass (especially with braking) if you're used to modern race cars. 
Played GTR2 a lot today, really addicting. Got the display working by pressing 3

Many others seem to have used it just fine. BTW fix your avatar, the toilet is offset.

Strange that everyone in this forum that have downloaded the .iso of GTR2 fron the link i put here, none of then have a virus problem, you must be doing something wrong or you are just to stupid to download a .iso

I recently re-installed GTR2 without even realising it's now free. Took me ages to find the case with the manual for the serial key. Could have just used this! Nevermind. Quite a lot of fun and there are some impressive mods out there for it! Wish the online racing was a bit more populated but then again it has been out for quite a while now.

GTL mini-images work for P&G mod and several rFactor mods, they're just a pain in the arse to find. I eventually found one years ago, but I can't be ****ed trying to find one again.

They just ram you and there is no respect at all on the track, If we compare LFS with GTR2 , LFS is heaven
Also P&G mod works perfect and all, but there is no MP "main" server, so yeah, P&G mod online play is totaly dead, so no worth at all too. kinda sad...

So which is better? Power&glory for gtr2 or historix for rfactor?
Pretty sure I updated to 2.1, I don't see any downsides in doing so.
It may be possible to set up a VPN with other people in such a way that everyone appears on the same local area network, and play that way. I've done VPN with LAN IPs before with another game, but it was ages ago and wasn't a cakewalk. Possible, if there is sufficient interest.

Just got the free CD Key for GT Legends.
Downloaded GT Legends, installed it, updated it to 1.1.0.0 and whenever I enter the CD Key it says invalid CD Key.
Any ideas?
