No offence, but lag makes it very hard to watch. Apart from that, most shots didn't look very original or exciting.

Anyway, next time, don't forget to press Shift+F twice before recording.

It wasnt 'connection' lag, it seemed more like fraps or something had lowered your FPS during the recording

What jumped out at me was that there was a lot of bits of black screen in the movie every time you've gone from one clip to another. This stops the flow of the 'story' a lot. Maybe you should try cross fading from one clip to another (the start of a new clip is overlaid onto end of old clip).
