write a message to Kiste. He made a xfg version and converting to the R wont be a problem.

I have made a replica of the version linked as the sketch for the RB4 here

Firemike did a different version for the RB4 here

I gave it a try myself.. im pretty happy with the result, but again.. Im not really good with photoshop :P

please let me know what you think of them and what i maybe can do to make them even better

One thing tho, It's hard to judge from screenies and especially on the XF since it's a realtively short car, but to fit a car shape into the skinfile, it's compressed partly.
How much, you can see here. Compensating it, gives paint job the last bit authenticity. If you have questions about it, feel free to ask.

PS. for screenshots, you can change the angel of the sun on the lower right corner, so one doesn't see the shadowed side
Also, you can download a custom reflection texture and put it in the viewer folder, for a more studio-kind-of-look.
