Theres plenty of guides on youtube on how to use the tools in GIMP and make effects.

try watching them and learning, then use them on a LFS pic.

Please tell me what you think.... I do all my racing and editing on an HP Laptop with a tri-core processor and ATI Radeon 4250 Graphics Card.
