Hi all,

I am new to this game and would like some help with creating and using skins.
Firstly, I found a skin and uploaded it using lfsworld website and I put the skin in the "skins" folder located in the "data" folder, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be showing...
Any idea's why it isn't working?
Am I doing something wrong?

Also, how do I create my own skins? Is it easy?

In game at the car setup screen you will need to choose 'New Colours', give it a name, and then use the 'Texture'(?) button at the bottom of the screen to select the skin.

If you want to make your own skin them I would also suggest to use the master skinnerz site as it has alot of tutorials and important templates. Apart from that welcome to S2.



EDIT: I would not suggest using the skins from the skins_x folder as some of them might not be public. Such as some of mine. Thus it is better to actually download them from the Skins section of the Forums. You will also get better quality from getting them direct from the Skins section rather than getting them 2nd hand. You can also find my GTR skin pack somewhere in there.
