I've been using Royalmod (with small Start menu) for a long time now, the Black colour scheme. Applied by using UXTheme Patcher.

Just to clarify that mostly these are called "visual styles" and not actual themes. First install that UXTheme patcher and search some nice visual styles from Deviantart: http://browse.deviantart.com/s ... &order=9&limit=24
