Have you tried http://www.setupgrid.net and http://setupfield.teaminferno.hu ?

You can beat 1:36:00 with the RACE_S setup. Finding you own lines is more important than the setups

i not sugest using race_s setup, Hard track is better IMO.
but best to download from world wide web

If you have a wheel, then it must be working. But if you are on a mouse or a keyboard, then it wont work because the wheels easily lock. You have to use 100% brakes.

Have G27, but you can still use half brake by tapping button, no excuse.

Haha not an excuse brother, but a fact. You have to be too gentle on the brakes with that setup. All can't handle that setup like you (no offence )

Just take some NM off .. that's what I do always
