16:55 UTC: Driver's Briefing (via TeamSpeak)
17:01 UTC: Pace Laps start (2 pace laps)
17:05 UTC: Green Flag (Race official scored distance 268 laps)

I quite liked this Driver's Guide that Jeff Garry (SkyDiver173) made ahead of the 2009 Kyoto 500, so you can have a link to it - READ IT - it's got some useful information:

Please remember that 268 laps is a long way, it usually takes on the order of 3h15-3h30 mins, let's not make it take too long alright?

Yeah I was going to bet on the latter happening before the race even started Infact I'd probably bet on the former happening then too!!!

13 SC. Thilo to try and contextualize the use of 'potato' in a joking situation, but it will sound just like a half-baked scietific argument at the beginning of the transmission.

That leaves us 266 laps. Divide that by the 3 laps for each caution plus the one we get on green so 4.

266/4 = number of cautions = 66.5 (Round down to 66 for optimism reasons)

My perdictions is green flag all the way
