Hello, i want to open a new cruise server, and the coder what is helping me "chrizza132" its a good friend, but he doesnt know how to do Open Configs "X,Y"

I haven't got any experience on insim API and probably talking about different thing again... But shouldn't coding a cruise insim for open configs be very similar to coding with closed track? There's origin some where on the map, and you code your pizza huts etcs. in relation to that point?

What is it about open configs that he can't do? Since there are no track nodes in open configs, perhaps he's looking for a way how to do street names and related stuff without the nodes?
